Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a subscription to TheGodChat. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy. The following terms apply to any products you purchased from us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Words whose initial letter is capitalized have defined meanings under the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural form.
For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to TheGodChat.ai.
Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders means a request made by You to purchase Products from Us.
Service refers to the Site.
Site refers to TheGodChat.com, accessible from TheGodChat.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights – You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so. , who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will refund You within 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment that You used for the Order and You will not incur any fees for such refund.
Conditions for Returns For Goods to be eligible for return, make sure that:
1 – The Goods were acquired in the last 7 days The supply of the Goods made according to its specifications or clearly personalized.
2 – The supply of Goods that by their nature are not returnable, deteriorate rapidly or whose shelf life has expired.
3 – The supply of Goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been opened after delivery. The supply of Goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other articles. We reserve the right to refuse to return any Goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.
Only regularly priced Goods can be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.
We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of the return.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to deliver it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
